Vapesip Refunds and Returns Policy

Returning Products

You may return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within 7 days of receipt. After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Contact info@vapesip.com for return assistance. We provide a shipping label, but we may deduct shipping costs from your refund based on the circumstances.

Note: We do not accept returns of opened e-liquids or products with broken seals for safety and hygiene reasons.

Product Guarantee

We prioritize hygiene and safety, so we do not accept returns of used products. We ensure all products meet strict quality standards before shipping.

Equipment Warranty

All equipment includes a 7-day warranty from the delivery date. After this period, contact the manufacturer for warranty claims.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, leaks, or external components (e.g., coils, pods, glass, water tanks, atomizers, e-liquids).

For eligible products, you may choose a one-time exchange or a refund to your original payment method.

Disposable Products

We assess warranty claims for disposable vapes case-by-case. If your disposable product is defective, email info@vapesip.com for a refund to your original payment method. We do not offer exchanges or replacements for disposable products.

What We Cover

  • Dead on arrival
  • Automatic firing issues
  • Leaks upon arrival

What We Do Not Cover

  • Flavor preferences
  • E-cigarette lifespan
  • Non-covered items: coils, pods, glass, water tanks, atomizers, e-liquids

Defective Products

You may exchange defective products within 14 days of purchase. You must cover shipping costs for returning the defective item, unless it arrived damaged.

Lost or Damaged Items

Report missing or damaged items within 48 hours of receipt. We cover glass items and accessories only if they arrive broken.

Order Cancellation

Email info@vapesip.com with “Cancellation Request: Order Number” in the subject line to cancel an order. After shipment, you cannot cancel but may refuse delivery or return the order for a refund.

We will refund your original payment method or offer store credit if needed. We may deduct shipping costs from the refund for returns after shipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After confirmed delivery, Vapesip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. File a claim with the shipping carrier in such cases.
