Vapesip Conditions of Transport

1. Order Processing and Shipping

At Vapesip, we process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days. For orders dispatched from our China warehouse, delivery typically takes 15–30 business days. Orders shipped from our Europe warehouse typically take 7–15 business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends.

2. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can easily track your shipment using this number on the respective courier’s website (e.g., UPS, DHL, or local services). Please allow 1–2 days for the tracking information to update.

3. Order Changes

You may cancel or update the delivery address of your order anytime before it ships. After shipping, changes or refunds are no longer possible. We offer free shipping for orders to the United States and Australia.

4. Shipping Methods and Duties

For certain countries, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping, meaning you won’t incur customs clearance fees. Below are the countries and their corresponding shipping methods:

5. Customs and Duties

For countries not listed above, packages may require customs clearance and payment of applicable duties upon arrival. Please contact your local customs authority for information on taxes and clearance processes. In some cases, customs may request a business license for clearance.
